Veri Silme Talimatları

Bu uygulama yalnızca Zenith CNC Makine Servis Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi çalışanları tarafından, yine şirkete ait sosyal medya hesaplarına içerik yayınlamak için kullanılır. Uygulama, hesaplarımızı takip eden veya gönderilerimizle etkileşen kişilerin kişisel verilerini toplamaz ve saklamaz.
Silme talebi nasıl yapılır?
- zenithcncteknolojileri@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
- Konu satırına "Veri Silme Talebi" yazın.
- Mesajda sizi tanımlayan bilgiyi (uygulamada kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz veya ilgili hesap adı) belirtin.
Talebiniz alındığında en geç 30 gün içinde ilgili tüm veriler kalıcı olarak silinir ve size yazılı olarak teyit edilir.
Silinen veriler
- Uygulama kullanıcı hesabı (e-posta adresi ve şifrelenmiş parola)
- Hazırlanmış paylaşım metinleri ve planlama kayıtları
- Dosya deposunda saklanan paylaşım görselleri
- Yayın günlüğü kayıtları
Platform bağlantısını kendiniz kaldırmak
Uygulamanın Facebook ve Instagram hesaplarınıza erişimini dilediğiniz an kendiniz sonlandırabilirsiniz: Facebook → Ayarlar ve Gizlilik → Ayarlar → İş Entegrasyonları → ilgili uygulama → Kaldır.
Data Deletion Instructions

This application is used only by employees of Zenith CNC Makine Servis Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi to publish content to social media accounts owned by the company. It does not collect or store personal data belonging to followers or to people who interact with our posts.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to zenithcncteknolojileri@gmail.com.
- Use "Data Deletion Request" as the subject line.
- Include the information that identifies you — the email address registered in the application, or the relevant account name.
All related data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, and we confirm the deletion to you in writing.
What is deleted
- The application user account (email address and hashed password)
- Prepared post captions and scheduling records
- Post images held in the storage bucket
- Publishing log entries
Removing platform access yourself
You can revoke the application's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select the app → Remove.
